Humanity has rejected the Lifegiver
With contempt,-- except for just a few.
They 'will learn the truth through torments
After death' ⁽¹⁾, and because of those they slew.

His last anger -- upon the sons of disobedience,
Will be poured out upon their spirit and air, ⁽²⁾
Then true justice to them will be like running
From a lion, only to be confronted by a bear.

His righteous rule will inspire unruly nations
To anger ⁽³⁾ and rebellious dread,
As righteous living is gained through holy disciplines.
But retributions, for 'killing' His righteous dead.

Earthquakes kill, where no righteous are, ⁽⁴⁾
Where false gods are worshipped in open rejection,
Now, in one place after another many are perishing,
Those remaining, wonder about His next selection.
