RAUCOUS SHOUTS FROM GOD TO
STUBBORN ONES WITH 'DEAF EARS'
(ISAIAH 28:10-13 NEB).
These 'commands upon commands' referred to, are from God, and are His 'measuring lines upon measuring lines' now being put up to reveal the lies among those rulers in "Jerusalem" sheltering under such lies in their spirit. (Isaiah 28:10,11 NWT). They are those of whom God previously said: "This is the resting place. Give rest to the weary one. And this is the place of ease, but who were not willing to hear". God is addressing religious misleaders throughout the world. Those liars found "outside" of the House of God will now be ensnared and caught.
"BY THOSE STAMMERING" AND "BY A DIFFERENT TONGUE".
Because apostates are disobeying the very Spirit of God through His Christ and His altar class on earth (His anointed sons), God is now speaking by a "different tongue", of "harsh cries and raucous shouts" (Isaiah 28:10,11 NEB NWT) by means of writings called the "LITTLE SCROLL". But for what purpose are these stammerings (repetitive revealings) written with "barbarous speech and a strange tongue"? (V.11 NEB). "In order that they may go and certainly stumble backwards and actually be broken and ensnared and caught". (Isaiah 28:13 NWT. See illustration). The stammering referred to, is the repeating over and over again of those things that people were not previously willing to hear (obey). The bitter parts within these writings are for all "nations and tongues and many kings" (Rev 10:11 NWT) and are often repeated throughout the "LITTLE SCROLL" for the same reason. Yes, in spirit terms, they are harsh sounding, because of the anger of God against lies.
"BARBAROUS"
(V.11 NEB): Of language unpolished;harsh-sounding, coarsely noisy.
"RAUCOUS"
(V. 10 NEB): Hoarse, harsh-sounding, rough."STAMMERING"
(V.11 NWT): Involuntary repetition in speech."By those stammering with their lips" (V.11)
Receiving commands from God in speech that is harsh-sounding and coarsely noisy is certainly a "different tongue". The "LITTLE SCROLL" is certainly strange to liars and is for a different purpose: To ensnare rebellious apostates by Spirit revealings from God.
NOW READ ISAIAH 33:14.
GOD WILL NOW SPEAK TO YOU PEOPLE ONLY "BY THOSE STAMMERING WITH THEIR LIPS AND BY A DIFFERENT TONGUE". (Isaiah Chapter 28:11).
"AND NOW DO NOT SHOW YOURSELVES SCOFFERS, IN ORDER THAT YOUR BANDS MAY NOT GROW STRONG, FOR THERE IS AN EXTERMINATION, EVEN SOMETHING DECIDED UPON, THAT I HAVE HEARD OF FROM THE SOVEREIGN LORD, JEHOVAH OF ARMIES, FOR ALL THE LAND." (Isaiah 28:22).
WHAT WAS PREVIOUSLY HEARD HAS NOW BECOME THIS:
"IN ZION THE SINNERS HAVE COME TO BE IN DREAD; SHIVERING HAS GRABBED HOLD OF THE APOSTATES: 'WHO OF YOU CAN RESIDE FOR ANY TIME WITH A DEVOURING FIRE? WHO OF YOU CAN RESIDE FOR ANY TIME WITH LONG-LASTING CONFLAGRATIONS?'" (From Isaiah 33:14).
AND JEHOVAH NOW SAYS: "FOR THE REASON THAT THIS PEOPLE HAVE COME NEAR WITH THEIR MOUTH, AND THEY HAVE GLORIFIED ME MERELY WITH THEIR LIPS, AND THEY HAVE REMOVED THEIR HEART ITSELF FAR AWAY FROM ME, AND THEIR FEAR TOWARD ME BECOMES MEN'S COMMANDMENT THAT IS BEING TAUGHT". (Isaiah 29:13).
SO, A "FIRE" WILL BURN IN THE SPIRIT OF THOSE APOSTATISING, WITHIN HEARTLESS ONES, FOR THEIR WILFUL WARRING AGAINST ANOINTED SERVANTS AT THE ALTAR "ARIEL". (Isaiah 29:1-8).
TO THOSE WITH THE 'BURNING' IT IS WRITTEN:
"For any man at all from the house of Israel or from the alien residents that reside as aliens in Israel, that withdraws himself from following Me and that brings up his dungy idols upon his heart and that sets the very stumbling block causing his error in front of his face and that actually comes to the prophet to make inquiry for himself by Me, I, Jehovah, I am letting Myself be brought to answer him by Myself. And I must set My face against that man and place him for a sign and for proverbial sayings, and I must cut him off from the midst of My people; and you people will have to know that I am Jehovah." (Ezekiel 14:7).
DUNGY IDOLS ARE HUMANS BEING
WORSHIPED WITH ADMIRATION.
All those living according to the false teachings of religious organisations today are not obeying the expressed Will of God. They are instead being ensnared and caught while living outside the spiritual boundaries of God. Those obeying the instructions contained in the now "Opened Little Scroll" referred to in Revelation chapter 10 will be saved.

THE SPIRIT FLOOD THAT PASSES THROUGH:
TRAMPLING ON THE SPIRIT OF CERTAIN HUMANS.
The natural moments for the death of certain anointed Sons of God today is being dissolved, so that: "As often as it passes through (see (1) and (2) below), it will take you men away, because morning by morning it will pass through, during the day and during the night; and it must become nothing but a reason for quaking to make others understand what has been heard." (Isaiah 28:19 NWT).
On awakening from each deathlike experience, it rarely follows after having been lifted out of such an experience of "quaking" that one is immediately aware of any further spiritual knowledge having been imputed to them; although a heavy feeling of dismay and failure is certainly felt. It is only after some hours have passed that one is inspired by God and directed to explain the meaning of particular scriptures. When this has been done, the feelings of dismay recede, until the next "trampling" of a deathlike experience takes place.
The important scripture to remember from Isaiah chapter 28 is in verse 9, which states: "Whom will one instruct in knowledge, and whom will one make understand what has been heard? Those who have been weaned from the milk, those moved away from the breasts?" (NWT). The answer to the question is, no. Only anointed Sons of God are instructed by the Lord with Spirit knowledge. The "Little Scroll" contains most of the spiritual "measuring lines" that have been revealed.
In fulfilment, the "land" referred to in Isaiah chapter 28 is the spiritual "land" of humans under spirit development.

The purpose of "overflowing flash floods" (V.18 NWT) (of literal death dissolved) is so that spiritual understandings are made known and obeyed; understandings that were not previously understood, or made known, or obeyed. After such spirit knowledge is made known, continuing in disobedience will result in the destruction of the life-giving spiritual "land" for disobedient ones.(2)
"The very thought of such tidings will bring nothing but dismay".(V.19 NEB).
