THE DESTINY OF SPIRITS.
THE
COMMISSION OF GUARDIAN ANGELS.
According to the Will of God
there are always two guardian angels assigned to each human when they are born,
in order to protect them from harm and to assist in the creation of their
spirits to become faithful servants of God whilst on earth, pending a
resurrection to immortal spirit life in the heavenly realm of God.
(Gen 1:26. Heb 11:13-16 NEB). In accordance with
their commission, it is also the Will of God that whilst one guardian angel
ascends to heaven to receive Spirit instruction from The Christ Michael for the
spiritual welfare of the person to whom they are assigned, the second guardian
angel descends to guard and protect that faithful servant of God from any of the
causes of physical and spiritual harm.
(For the principle, please read Page
8/12/91 of The Opened "Little Scroll").
THE DESTINY
OF THE LORD'S SERVANTS.
It is written:
"But some one will ask, "How are the dead
raised? With what kind of body do they come? You foolish man! What you sow does
not come to life unless first it dies. And what you sow is not the body which is
to be, but a bare kernel…
God gives it
a body as He has chosen, and to each kind of seed
its own body…There are
celestial bodies (heavenly
angels) and there are
terrestrial
bodies (earthly humans); but the glory of the celestial is one, and the
glory of the terrestrial is another… So it is with the resurrection of the dead:
what is sown is mortal, what rises is
immortal; sown in dishonour, it is raised in glory; sown in weakness, it is
raised in power; sown an animate body, it is raised a spiritual body. As there
is an animate body, so there is a spiritual body… And just as we have borne the
image of the one made of dust (Adam), we shall bear also the image of the heavenly one
(The Christ Michael)."
(From: 1 Cor 15:35-49
RSV, NEB, Moffatt, NWT).
This means that when the mortal body of a Godly person dies,
Almighty God Jehovah gives the spirit of that one
"a
body as He has chosen". That spirit is set free of its fleshly body and
is resurrected to inhabit the immortal spirit body God has created for them in
the heavens.
(1 Cor 15:49).
THE DESTINY
OF CORRUPTED ANGELS.
Guardian angels
who have allowed themselves to be corrupted by satan and engage in satanic
activity so as to confuse, dispirit, persecute and torment members and
prospective members of the
"great crowd", are thereby
destined to be hurled into an abyss of blackest darkness pending the final
Judgement and abandonment of them by Almighty God Jehovah.
(For the principle, please read: 2
Peter 2:4-9*, Jude V.6
&
Rev 20:1-3).
However, before the spirit of each corrupted guardian angel is consigned
to the underworld of blackest darkness, they must first be separated from the
celestial heavenly "body" they once
inhabited. The reason for this is that they can no longer be permitted to have
the angelic powers with which they were invested when God first created them.
Evidence for this is provided in the description of satan himself:
"The underworld is astir to greet you, astir to meet you, rousing all
the ghosts impotent in death for you,
all the goatlike leaders of the earth. It has made all the kings of the nations
get up from their thrones, to hail you, one and all of them, to cry to you,
"So you are weak now as we are? So you
fare as we fare?"... What a fall from heaven on high, O shining star of the
dawn! How low and limp you lie, who once swayed all the nations! You, who once
said to yourself, "I will scale the sky, I will set my throne supreme above the
stars on high, I will sit on the hills of the gods in the far, far north; I will
scale the cloudbanks, and rival the Most High!"
And down you drop, to the world below,
down to death's abyss, you go!"
(From Isaiah 14:9-15 Moffatt
& NWT.
See Rev 20:1-3).
